Side-mounted platforms

Carpenters bracket scaffolding provides access to hard-to-reach places of span structures and is used in facade work to bypass the arched passage. They allow working at height without erecting scaffolding from the ground. When erecting, the cantilever (bracket) section can be supported at the other end by counterweight or strut off to the frame of the building. Scaffolding is built both: upwards, resting on the cantilever overhang, and downwards as a suspended access platform.
